TIO Customer Payment Terms and Credit Application

By default, our services operate on a prepaid basis. This means that customers add funds to their account using a credit card, and all charges or usage are deducted from that balance until it reaches the configured top-up threshold.

Customers who wish to request postpaid terms must first obtain approval from our team and complete a credit application to begin the review process.

The credit application form is attached to this document for customers who prefer not to use the prepaid option. This allows them to complete and submit it as soon as they begin using Trunking.io. Since they are already Ooma customers, the completed form can likely be submitted immediately once it is ready.
